From that moment, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these general conditions, as well as the particular conditions that may complement, modify, or replace the general conditions in relation to specific services and content of the website. The provision of the website and its services has an indefinite duration. Notwithstanding this, ABEI Energy & Infrastructure reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the website or any of its services under the same terms set out in the third condition.

IX. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These General Conditions will be governed by Spanish law. ABEI Energy & Infrastructure and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the user’s domicile for any issues that may arise or actions taken deriving from the provision of the website service and its services and contents and related to the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance with what is established herein. In case the User has their domicile outside of Spain, ABEI Energy & Infrastructure and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
